Free shipping
We offer free shipping on every order to the United States, Latin America and Spain. No minimum purchase required.

Where we ship
United States (including Puerto Rico), Spain, and the following Latin American countries: Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Brazil.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can only change the address before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or you have any problem with your delivery, contact us at support.alpinehydro@gmail.com and we’ll help you resolve it with the carrier or send a replacement.
